The goal is to offer an efficient end-to-end flow: from goods receipt and incoming checks, through filling and final packaging, to storage and shipping.
Our machinery includes 4 filling lines for capsules, tablets and powders and 6 automatic secondary packaging lines, integrated with checkweighers and vision systems. The infrastructure supports cartoning, flow packing, cellophane wrapping, shrink wrapping, labelling and sticker application, as well as banding and logistics aggregation. Process recipes store temperature, pressure and speed profiles, enabling rapid restarts and consistency between batches. In-line batch and expiry-date printing, together with code alignment, ensures document consistency throughout the supply chain.
